Quick Fix

If you forget to put a coaster on the table and spoil your favourite table by mistake, then coat the ring with a full mayonnaise. Leave it overnight and wipe it clean in the morning.

Parmesan Garlic Bread

Ingredients
4tbsp butter softened
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2tsp finely chopped garlic
1 loaf Italian bread
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
preheat oven to 350°f. Stir together the butter, oil, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Using knife cut the bread into 1" thick slices without cutting all the way through to the bottom leave the slices attached to each other. Gently pull apart the slices and use a pastry brush to butter them with the garlic mixture then sprinkle with parmesan.

BEETROOT DETOX

1/4 raw beetroot
1 carrot
1 apple
4 pieces of mint
Cut all of these and put them  together into a blender. Blend and drink.

Frozen Bananas

Frozen bananas
INGREDIENTS:
Banana 1
melted dark chocolate 100th
chocolate vermicelli for garnish
sate sticks 2
METHOD
Peel the banana and freeze it in deep freezer, take it out and put it on the sticky and dip it in the melted chocolate  and before chocolate sets sprinkle the vermicelli on top and serve.

Pani puri Pani recipe-Khatta meetha pani

Makes approx 1st.
Tamarind 200gm
sugar 200gm
red chill pd 11/2 to
Bhuna jeera crushed 2tbsp
kala namak to taste
salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and add 2lts of water. Boil till it reduces to half. Strain and keep in refrigerator to chill. Taste and correct salt and sugar if required.

Tastier Aloo tikki with minimum FAT

Slice a raw potato skin on, sprinkle salt and bake it in oven. Remove cool and mash. Add red chilly, ginger and coriander. Make a tikki and brush with olive oil and bake again in a high heat oven. Serve with fresh mint chutney.

Chocolate Rolls

1. Crush digestive biscuits to a smooth powder.
2. Add 1/2 tin condensed milk, 1/2 cup crushed walnuts, and 2tsp cocoa powder.
3. Roll the dough into the cylindrical shape and keep in the refrigerator.
4. Serve chilled.

Whenever you store the cake, put a slice of bread over it and then close the container. Refrigerate it then. The cake would not loose its texture!
