Kadaii Chole

Kabuli channe(soaked overite) 250gms
Powder and grind( cumin coriander seeds black pepper cinnamon cardamom clove Pomegrnate powder)
Boiled potato 1cut into pieces
Green chillies ginger chopped
Salt to taste
Pressure cook channas to 1whistle and simmer for 20 minutes
Strain. Marinate channas with above masala powder
Put mustard oil in Kadai. Add ginger garlic green chillies, potato cook and mixit.
Add channa half cup water. Boil. Add salt.
Garnish with onion rings and tomato.

High protein Bhelpurii

Muesli
Cornflakes
Roasted Peanuts
Sprouts black channa green moong dal
Murmure( puffed rice )
Onion potato tomato green chilli chopped
Coriander chopped
Tamarind chutney
Pudina paste
Raisins
Salt n pepper
Chaat masala, lemon juice
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl
Sprinkle sesame on it.

Pasta with MANGO Sauce

Olive oil 2tsp
Pasta boiled 2cups
Capsicum chopped 1cup
Cheese grated 1tsp for garnishing
Mango pulp of  3 mangoes
Cream 1tsp
White sauce 2tbsp
Garlic crushed 2tbsp
Salt &pepper
Italian herbs and chilli flakes
Zucchini chopped 1tbsp
Sauté olive oil + garlic +capsicum+ zucchini.
Add salt and pepper and chilli.
Sauté olive oil +garlic+ capsicum +herbs +chilli +salt +cream+ white sauce+ mango pulp.
Simmer.
On a plate place pasta mango sauce then pasta then mango sauce.
Serve with garlic bread.
Cheese on top.

Mirchi Prantha

Whole wheat flour or you can mix plain flour in it. Kneed as you do in routine with water.
Chopped green chillies
Carom seeds
Onion seeds
Salt
Oil
Chopped coriander leaves
Heat oil, sauté all the above.
Now take out small ball out of flour dough.
Make a hollow like a cup.
Put 1 tsp chilli filling in it.
Seal it and roll out like normal chapatti.
Sprinkle little onion seeds and coriander leaves on top. And press.
Now fry like usual prantha.
Enjoy.

Chilli Paneer Buns

Burger buns small or pao 1pkt
Refined flour (maida) 1 tbsp
Cottage cheese cubed 100 gms
Mozzarella cheese grated 1pkt
Onion chopped 1
Capsicum chopped 1
Tomato sauce
Tomato puree
Salt n pepper vinegar soya sauce
METHOD
Heat tomato sauce puree salt n pepper in oil for few minutes.
Scoop out buns to make hollow for stuffing
Marinate paneer with vinegar soya sauce salt and pepper and deep fry it.
Apply topping in hollow of bun.
Put fried paneer , grate cheese then put onion capsicum and then cheese again.
Bake it for few minutes.
