IN continuation with Peri Peri sauce sizzler

ARRANGEMENT ON SIZZLER TRAY

Red hot your Sizzler iron plate.
Arrange cabbage leaves on it.
Now put some glazed veggies
French fries on one side
Biryani at other side
And then cutlets.
Drizzle Peri Peri sauce on it (easily available in market)
Put some white Mayonnaise for taste.

In small water put oil drop with soya sauce and drizzle this mix under hot plate.

Now dig into your Sizzler 

Vegetable Sizzler with Peri Peri Sauce

Sizzlers are my favourite. Though they demand ur patience and time but once they ready...they are awesome
For this Sizzler you need:
Brocolli cut long florets
French beans cut 1" long
Onion cut into square
Cauliflower cut long florets
Capsicum cut 1" long
Pineapple 1" long
Cucumber round slices
Tomato square cut
Sauté all of above with little oil.
Add hint of salt pepper and finish with drop of honey.
Keep this aside.

CUTLETS
Mix mashed potatoes with chopped onion ginger green chillies coriander leaves.
Season with salt and red chilli powder.
Add dry bread crumbs for binding and crunch.
Make 2" long cutlets out of this mix.
Deep fry them.
 
BIRYANI
Boil rice with little oil and salt.
Strain. Sauté this rice with little oil.
In a separate pan cook tomato purée with salt and red chilli pder with grounded spices.( cumin carrot cardamom clove)
 Now mix cooked rice in this tomato sauce.
Keep aside.

The Healthy Hair recipe ....You need to know!
Sprouted Mung beans & kabuli Channa 1 Bowl mixed.  [ prevents hair loss n headaches]
Baby corn 1Bowl  [combats dryness n hairfall]
3 Bell Peppers red yellow green finely chopped [ increase metabolism]
Lettuce 2-3 leaves [ prevents greying of Hair ]
In a bowl put all together.
Drizzle olive oil
Green chilli sauce for hint of spice
Then some sweet chilli sauce
Mix it up.

IDLI SHOTS

serves 4
Make coin size idli in coin Idli mould
Make idli batter by mixing 1/2 cup semolina and curd with little water and salt.
Mix. Grease idli mould, put water in bottom of mould for steam.
Add 1 pouch of ENO fruit salt. Mix immediately and put in mould.
Microwave this for 4 minutes.
Idli is ready.
Insert onion slice tomato capsicum slices along with idli in satay stick.
Temper these stix with mustard seeds.
FOR SAUCE
Sauté garlic ginger onion tomato with salt.
Grind all.
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, little mustard seeds, little sambar masala.
Add tomato paste in it.
Now in shot glasses put 1 tsp of sauce followed by one satay stick.
Repeat with all glasses.

MUSHROOMS JALAPEÑO TOASTS

Serves 4
 White bread slices cut round 4
Butter 1tsp
Chopped mushrooms 1/2 pkt
Jalapenos 1/2 cup chopped
Chopped tomato 1
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Processed Cheese grated 1/2 cup
Salt pepper tomato ketchup 1tsp
Mix mushrooms jalapeños tomato mayonnaise salt pepper ketchup all together in a bowl.
Butter all slices. Put 1tbsp of above mixture on each slice.
Garnish with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes till crisp.
Sprinkle oregano n red chilli flakes.
Serve TOASTS.
