Desi Burger

 Sunday evening, wanted to eat something cheesy saucy to satisfy my taste buds but family health also , so tried and twist things to give importance to health over taste. I made burger in our own Indian style. With normal whole wheat flour fried chapattis , i just sandwich potato cheese patty in between these chapattis with coriander mayo and pickled onion.
All you need...
Boiled potatoes
Grated cottage cheese
Cornflour
Salt pepper pomegranate powder as per taste
Make small flat rounds out of this mix. Roll these rounds on bread crumbs.
Lightly roasted on wok.
Make small chapattis , little fry on griddle
Place one chapatti , dash a spoon of mayonnaise mixed in coriander chutney
Place one potato round on it. Put some pickled onion rings on it.
Cover with other chapatti.
Burger is ready.

P.S. Pickled onion: mix onion rings with salt red chilli powder and vinegar.

Ginger Lemon Pomegranate Detox Drink

I LOVE trying detox drinks. On course of arranging my refrigerator i got big red pomegranate which was lying at a corner. I picked POMEGRANATE ,THICK SLICE OF GINGER ,ONE LEMON and 2cups of MINERAL WATER. Deseeded a pomegranate. Combine the seeds peeled lemon ginger and half mineral water. Blend. That gave me coarse wine shade liquid. I poured the liquid thru strainer and BINGO got shiny sexy pure liquid. Added remaining water and ice. And drink was done.
