CHINESE SALAD

Boiled Noodles 1 Packet

Onion 1 big chopped

Capsicum 1 big chopped

Cabbage 1 small chopped

Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp.

Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp.

Chilli Sauce 1 Tsp.

Dhaniya Pudina Chutney 1 Tbsp.

Sugar 1 Tsp.

Salt & Pepper To taste

METHOD

Deep fry noodles

Mix onion capsicum cabbage in a big bowl

Break noodles in bits and add in bowl

Mix all the sauces along with dhaniya-pudina chutney,salt,pepper,sugar

Now toss all vegies,noodles and sauces in a large bowl

Serve immediately.
