Muglai Gobi Matar

Muglai Gobi Matar
Serves 4
Cauliflower 1 big flower
Peas 1cup
Onion chopped 2
Tomato puree ½ cup
Ginger ½”
Green chillies 2
Salt, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala ½ tsp
Cream 1 tsp
Curd 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Cut cauliflower into medium florets. Deep fry them till golden.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add cumin seeds fry till crackles.
Add onion sauté till golden followed by homemade tomato, ginger & green chilli puree.
Cook till it leaves oil. Add all spices. Cook for few seconds.
Add cream curd mix, cook for few seconds.
Add peas. Cook till it soft.
Now add florets & sauté till oil separates.
