Lemon coriander Soup

LEMON CORIANDER SOUP

Light soup, good in taste

Serves 4
Carrot grated 1
Cabbage grated 1
Onion finely chopped 1
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 cup
Cornflour dissolved in water 1 tbsp
Water 3 ½ cups
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil water with salt.
Add carrot, cabbage & onion.
After a minute, add pepper & cornflour. Boil it
Add lemon juice & chopped coriander.
Serve immediately.
