7 minutes moist coca cola cake

Plain flour 1 1/2cup
Coca Cola 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Choco chips 1 cup
Butter 2tbsp
Melt chocochips and butter to smooth paste. Add flour and soda. Mix with cut and fold method till smooth oreo biscuit like paste. Add curd. Mix well. Add coca cola. Mix. Butter the mould. Pour batter. Microwave it for only 7 minutes on normal heating mode in microwave. Moist coca cola cake is ready.
P.S. add sufficient chocochips to get good taste.

Green tea lime cooler

Ingredients
1 green tea bag
Juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 ts honey
Handful of ice
GARNISH
mint leaves, lime wedges or cucumber leaves
DIRECTIONS
Boil water and steep green tea in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Add in lime juice and honey. Stir until mixed. Add a handful of ice. Drink up and enjoy!

Oreo Shake-chill during summer

Chocolate syrup 4tsp
Oreo cookies 8
Milk 1cup
Vanilla icecream 2 cups
SPOON 1tsp syrup into each of 4 glasses. Roll each glass to coat bottom and inside of glass. Finely chop 4 cookies..set aside.
QUARTER remaining cookies place in blender. Add milk and ice cream blend until smooth.
POUR into prepared glasses top with chopped cookies. Serve immediately.

Bread upma

Bread pieces 2 cups
Onion 1/2chopped
Green chillies 4 chopped
Ginger 1/2inch piece
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Coriander finely chopped
Salt as needed
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Cashew nuts 8 to 10
Curry leaves 1 spring
Cut the bread in to small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and temper the mustard seeds, cumin seeds,urad dal, cashew nuts and curry leaves. Add the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes till it sweats out. Add turmeric green chillies and ginger.add the bread pieces and sauté for a minute. Finally add lemon juice and coriander. Toss everything and switch off.

Hulk smoothie

Kiwi 1
Pear 1
Avocado 1/2
Spinach a bunch
Lemon n ginger to taste
Chilli (optional)
Churn all together in juicer and enjoyyyy

Aloo Poshto

Cut potatoes into 1"cube. Deep fry till golden. Roast poppy seeds. Grind roasted seeds with fresh green chillies and little water. In a pan heat mustard oil add dried red chillies and little turmeric. When it starts splutter add poppy paste cook till dry add fried potatoes and salt to taste. Add little water and cover. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. garnish with coriander leaves.

Parmesan Garlic Bread

Ingredients
4tbsp butter softened
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2tsp finely chopped garlic
1 loaf Italian bread
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
preheat oven to 350°f. Stir together the butter, oil, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Using knife cut the bread into 1" thick slices without cutting all the way through to the bottom leave the slices attached to each other. Gently pull apart the slices and use a pastry brush to butter them with the garlic mixture then sprinkle with parmesan.

Frozen Bananas

Frozen bananas
INGREDIENTS:
Banana 1
melted dark chocolate 100th
chocolate vermicelli for garnish
sate sticks 2
METHOD
Peel the banana and freeze it in deep freezer, take it out and put it on the sticky and dip it in the melted chocolate  and before chocolate sets sprinkle the vermicelli on top and serve.

Pani puri Pani recipe-Khatta meetha pani

Makes approx 1st.
Tamarind 200gm
sugar 200gm
red chill pd 11/2 to
Bhuna jeera crushed 2tbsp
kala namak to taste
salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and add 2lts of water. Boil till it reduces to half. Strain and keep in refrigerator to chill. Taste and correct salt and sugar if required.

Tastier Aloo tikki with minimum FAT

Slice a raw potato skin on, sprinkle salt and bake it in oven. Remove cool and mash. Add red chilly, ginger and coriander. Make a tikki and brush with olive oil and bake again in a high heat oven. Serve with fresh mint chutney.

1. Crush digestive biscuits to a smooth powder.
2. Add 1/2 tin condensed milk, 1/2 cup crushed walnuts, and 2tsp cocoa powder.
3. Roll the dough into the cylindrical shape and keep in the refrigerator.
4. Serve chilled.
