Festive food

KALAKAND

(Packed with calcium & protein)

Makes 16 pieces

Cottage cheese ¾ cup
Whole milk powder 8 tbsp
Sugar ¼ cup
Cream ½ cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp

For the garnish
Almonds, slivered 10

Combine all the ingredients in non stick pan
Cook over a medium flame stirring continuously for 10 to 15 minutes till the mixture thickens & leaves the sides of the pan.
Spread on to a pie dish. Cool & cut into 16 pieces.
Garnish with almonds & served chilled.
