Serves 3
Soya chunks soaked for an hour drained and squeezed. 1cup
Paneer chunks 1cup
Onion cube 1cup
Capsicum cube 1cup
Tomato cubes 1 cup
Satey sticks 9-10
Line up all the above one by one in stick and repeat again to cover full stick.
Marinate sticks with salt ginger garlic paste
Mix coriander chutney with little curd and brush these sticks with it. Keep it for sometime.
Roast sticks in oven or grilled pan till it brown
In a mixer grind garlic ginger onion tomato.
Heat butter in pan cook this onion tomato purée
Add spices salt chilli powder turmeric. Cook
Add little cream. Now place roasted sticks in this gravy. Cook till these sticks sucks almost gravy.
On other side make a dough with plain flour and salt
Roll out thin small chapattis out of it.
Now place one stick in one chapatti.
Roll and again saute on griller with little oil.
Do the same with all sticks.
Now serve with wrapped all with butter paper or foil paper.
U find these sticks very juicy and tasty.
